The 6-Week Shift

Clear one core issue. Rewire your patterns. Realign your energy.

This six-week private journey is designed to help you shift a single issue at the level where real change happens - your brain, your heart, your energetic system, and the subconscious patterns that shape your life.

Across three sessions and ongoing support, we move through a layered process that blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence, systemic constellations, and grounded energetic work. The structure is clear, but the experience is fluid: we follow what your system reveals, responding to what is most needed moment-to-moment.

The Three Sessions

Session 1 — Rewiring patterns

We begin by exploring the daily habits, internal narratives, and nervous-system patterns that are keeping you in familiar loops.

Together we’ll work with:

  • Neuroscience-based tools to shift your state

  • Simple rituals and embodied practices

  • Journal prompts that surface subconscious beliefs

  • Techniques for creating new neural pathways and a steadier inner baseline.

This session clarifies what is actually in the way—and what your system is ready to release.

Session 2 — Systemic Constellation

Next, we open the deeper layer: the unconscious loyalties, inherited patterns, and unseen dynamics that often keep us stuck.

This session makes visible what has been shaping your experience from behind the scenes, and supports you in releasing what no longer serves.

Expect clarity, relief, and a new internal orientation toward the issue.

Session 3 — Energetic Clearing + Integration

We close the process with a grounding energy-clearing and integration session.

This helps your system stabilize the change, connect to a more aligned future direction, and anchor the shifts you’ve made at every level: mental, emotional, physical, and energetic.
